Clients who opt in may receive text messages regarding scheduling, appointment reminders, client questions, and customer care. Message frequency varies, and standard message rates may apply. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.
Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with outside parties under any circumstances.
This policy covers only what you send us through this website. If you become a client, your clinical records are kept in our electronic health record system (Mobile Midwife), separate from this website, and subject to the protections that apply to medical records rather than to this policy. Anything you choose to share in an inquiry (such as your due date) is used only to respond to you and plan your care.
We keep information submitted through this website only as long as we need it to answer you and provide the care or service you asked about. If you’d like us to delete the contact information you’ve given us through the site, just email us and we’ll take care of it. Records we’re required to retain as a medical practice are handled under the rules that govern those records.
