What it is
Everyday life, even simply breathing, creates what’s called oxidative stress, which can damage the proteins that run nearly every process in your body. When proteins are damaged, they lose a bit of their function, and over time the manufacturer describes that as showing up as lower energy, slower recovery, and the wear we recognize as aging.
Proteins have to fold into precise 3D shapes before they can do their work, and that folding depends on the water surrounding them. NanoVi technology is designed to influence that water (a form biophysicists call “ordered water”) in a way meant to help proteins fold and function. Its makers describe it as assisting your body’s natural repair without overriding it.

The model we use
We chose the NanoVi Exo, the newest and most powerful model in the NanoVi family. According to Eng3, it’s about twice as powerful as the Pro and four times the Eco, so a 15-minute Exo session delivers what would take 30 minutes on a Pro or a full hour on an Eco. What to expect
A session is simple and restful. You relax and breathe normally while the device works. There’s nothing to recover from afterward; people often describe feeling “energized and refreshed” or “calm and relaxed.” It pairs easily with a prenatal or postpartum visit, and many choose it 2–3 times per week when working toward a particular goal.
Whether you feel a difference, and how much, tends to depend on you: how you’re feeling to begin with, how much physical or mental stress you’re carrying, and how tuned in you are to your own body. Some notice a lift right away; for others it’s quieter and more gradual.
